We provide a 2-year warranty on every piece of Eyla jewelry, provided it has been stored and used in accordance with the care instructions. The care instructions can be found in the main menu of our website.

All orders can be returned to our Budapest location without giving a reason up to the 14th calendar day after delivery.

Our products are 100% hypoallergenic - so even those with metal allergies can wear them with confidence. Furthermore, each piece undergoes a multi-step quality control and sterilization process before being shipped. If you do experience any allergic reaction, we will refund the full amount and arrange for the return of the product free of charge!

We carefully package every order, using as little plastic as possible - the ordered jewelry is placed in a fabric pouch, then into a gift box along with the accessories. We also provide a free polishing cloth with your order, which is a great help in keeping silver shiny.
