Our jewelry is made of 92.5% pure silver - this silver ratio is an internationally accepted and followed procedure for making silver more solid. With a higher silver content, the jewelry would be too soft, so its lifespan would be greatly reduced.

The total delivery time is approximately 9-10 business days. This includes our multi-stage inspection and sterilization processes before dispatch, as well as the courier service's delivery time. We will also inform you of the expected delivery date before you place your order.

All orders can be returned to our Budapest location without giving a reason up to the 14th calendar day after delivery.

All orders are carefully packed, using the least amount of plastic possible - the ordered jewellery is placed in a fabric pouch, then into the gift box along with the accessories. We also provide a free polishing cloth with your order, which is a great help in keeping silver shiny. We can also fulfill individual packaging requests - please notify us of this before placing your order at info@eyla.hu!

Our products are 100% hypoallergenic - so even those with metal allergies can wear them with confidence. Furthermore, each piece undergoes a multi-step quality control and sterilization process before being shipped. If you do experience any allergic reaction, we will refund the full amount and arrange for the return of the product free of charge!

We provide a 2-year warranty on every piece of Eyla jewelry, provided it has been stored and used in accordance with the care instructions. The care instructions can be found in the main menu of our website.
