Our jewelry is made of 92.5% pure sterling silver - this silver ratio is an internationally accepted and followed process for making silver more solid. With a higher silver content, the jewelry would be too soft, so its lifespan would be greatly reduced.

The total delivery time is approximately 9-10 working days. This includes our multi-step inspection and sterilization processes before dispatch, as well as the delivery time of the courier service. We will also inform you of the expected delivery date before ordering.

All orders can be returned to our premises without giving a reason up to 14 calendar days after delivery.

We carefully package all orders, using as little plastic as possible - the ordered jewelry is packed in a fabric bag, then placed in a gift box on a bed of straw. We can also fulfill individual packaging requests - please let us know before ordering at info@eyla.hu!

Our products are 100% hypoallergenic - so even those with metal allergies can wear them with confidence. Furthermore, each piece undergoes a multi-step quality control and sterilization process before being shipped. If you do experience any allergic reaction, we will refund the full amount and arrange for the return of the product free of charge!

We offer a 2-year warranty on every piece of Eyla jewelry, provided it has been stored and used according to the care instructions. The care instructions can be found at the bottom of our website.
