-How many years of warranty comes with the jewelry?

All Eyla jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty, provided it has been used and stored according to the care instructions.

-Can the jewelry be worn in water?

Yes! Our jewelry is completely waterproof, so it can be worn in both fresh and salt water; however, we recommend removing it in thermal water, saunas, and during sports. For jewelry decorated with crystals or stones, we recommend removing the piece before going into water, especially if it is expected to be submerged for a long time.

-If I change my mind, how long do I have to return the package?

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the jewelry is unused and all accessories included are present.

-In what packaging will my order arrive?

Every order is shipped with a complimentary polishing cloth and fabric pouch in a self-locking box, which can also be used to store the jewelry itself.

If gift wrapping is selected in the cart, we place all jewelry and accessories in a gift box and wrap them aesthetically by hand.

The invoice is sent electronically to the customer's email address after the order is received, so the package does not contain the invoice. We can also fulfill custom packaging requests; if you would like this, please let us know before placing your order. We generally respond within a few hours on business days to confirm whether we can fulfill the request. Among other options, personalized greeting cards can also be prepared.

-How long does delivery take?

Including order preparation, delivery takes approximately 9-10 business days, of which 8-9 business days are spent on the quality control, sterilization, and packaging of the jewelry in your order, and 1-2 business days for the delivery itself.
