-How many years of warranty do the jewelry pieces come with?

All Eyla jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty, provided it has been used and stored according to the care guide.

-Can the jewelry be worn in water?

Yes! Our jewelry is completely waterproof, so it can be worn in fresh and saltwater, however, we recommend taking it off in thermal water, saunas, and during sports. For jewelry decorated with crystals or stones, we recommend taking the jewelry off in water, especially if it is expected to be in water for a long time.

-If I change my mind, how long do I have to return the package?

You can return your order within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided the jewelry is unused and all accessories received are present.

-What kind of packaging will my order arrive in?

All orders are shipped in a clean gift box, with a complimentary polishing cloth and fabric bag. The invoice will be sent electronically to the customer's email address within 48 hours of receiving the order, so the package does not contain the invoice. We can also fulfill custom packaging requests; if you would like one, please let us know before placing your order. On business days, we usually respond within a few hours and confirm whether we can fulfill the request. Among other things, gift wrapping and personalized greeting cards are also possible.

-How long does delivery take?

Delivery, including order preparation, takes approximately 9-10 business days, of which 8-9 business days are for quality control, sterilization, and packaging of the jewelry in the order, and 1-2 business days for the delivery itself.
