-How many years of warranty does the jewelry have?

All Eyla jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty if used and stored according to the care instructions.

-Can the jewelry be worn in water?

Yes! Our jewelry is completely waterproof, so it can be worn in both fresh and salt water, but we recommend taking it off in thermal water, saunas, and while exercising.

-If I change my mind, how long can I return the package?

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the jewelry is unused and includes all accessories received.

-What packaging will my order arrive in?

All orders are delivered in a neat gift box, with a gift polishing cloth and a fabric bag. The invoice is sent to the customer electronically via email within 48 hours of receiving the order, so the package does not include the invoice. We can also fulfill individual packaging requests, please let us know before ordering. On working days, we usually respond within a few hours and let you know whether we can fulfill the request. Gift wrapping and personalized greeting cards are also possible.

-How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery, including order preparation, takes approximately 9-10 working days, of which 8-9 working days are for quality control, sterilization, and packaging of the jewelry in the order, and 1-2 working days for the delivery itself.
