Although we launched the Eyla Jewelry online store this year, we have been working on it for several years. We wanted to provide a truly quality service, including premium quality products, their packaging, and raising the shopping experience to the highest possible level.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry. - we also only sell pieces that we in the team would wear ourselves or wear in our everyday lives. We package every order as if it were being received by a friend - we prefer to remain an attentive, kind team despite our growth.
Our processing process is detailed, multi-step, thus guaranteeing impeccable, premium quality, it takes approximately 8-9 working days. After receiving the order, we check whether all ordered products are in our warehouse, then a multi-step quality control, cleaning and sterilization process begins. The appropriate quality, sterilized jewelry is placed in a clean, zip-lock bag, then it is placed in a fabric bag and gift box.
This process is extremely important so that we can guarantee the purity of our products so that they do not cause any allergies or reactions, for example in the ear with earrings, as all our products are 100% hypoallergenic. Furthermore, our jewelry can be worn in water (except thermal water), however, in non-gold-plated pieces, natural oxidation of the silver may begin. We include a polishing cloth with every order, so that any oxidation that may have developed can be easily removed from the surface of the silver.
